Who doesn’t love peanut butter? I know there are a select few aliens on this planet that do not like it and some humans that are a bit less fortunate who just cannot eat it.  Poor them. =(

And so we move on….

This recipe is not only a good healthy snack but it’s is SUPER easy to make!  There are only three ingredients:

1 C. Homemade Peanut Butter (it’s not that hard I promise)

1 C.Powdered Milk

1 C. Raw Honey

First step: Make your peanut butter.  How?  Place 2 cups of dry roasted unsalted peanuts in your chopper or food processor.  Process until smooth.  Depending on your equipment this could take anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes.

Here’s a video of my chopper being overworked as it dances across the counter.  I had to tape the button down so I didn’t have to hold it all that time.

Pour the peanut butter, powdered milk and honey into a bowl.  Mix well.

Place the mix in a 8×8 glass pan or a pie plate and push down to flatten using wax paper.

Chill in the fridge for a bit, cut and enjoy!

It kinda tastes like the inside of a Reeses or like peanut butter fudgeI had a friend who actually put a small layer of dark chocolate over the top.  I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds yummy!
