Yup! I didn’t know how easy it was.
All you need is raw almonds and a chopper or food processor.
I put about 2 cups into my chopper and let it go to town.
I was told that it would take 20 to 30 minutes in the chopper but it took less than ten. You really just have to let it go for a while. Not sure how safe it was but I actually taped the button down so I wouldn’t have to hold it. The motor in my chopper was VERY warm but it kept on trucking.
And this is what I got:
Who knew it was that easy?
I didn’t add anything to it but I’ve heard that some people add of vanilla or a small amount of honey for sweetness.
Next up…. cashew butter! Can’t wait to give it a try!

I got a great Kitchenaide from Kohl’s on sale and used Kohls cash so I only paid about $17 for it. (Orig. Price $49.99) Works good. Let me know how the cashew butter goes! I haven’t done it yet!
